Job Summary:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Medical Surgical

Provides direct patient care under RN and physician supervision. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs administering medications assisting with daily living activities performing basic procedures and maintaining accurate medical records. Ensures safe effective and compassionate care while supporting the healthcare team.

Requirements:

Active New York LPN license (in hand at time of submission)
Minimum 1 year of LPN experience
Hospital experience within the last 2 years
EPIC charting experience (mandatory)
