We are seeking a Go-to-Market Engineer (GTME) to join our team and help bridge the gap between product sales marketing and customer success. The GTME will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable GTM processes leveraging automation data and AI workflows to drive efficiency and accelerate revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts technical problem solver and strategic operator.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales marketing and product teams to design and optimize go-to-market workflows.
- Build and manage automation across CRM outreach and analytics tools.
- Implement and maintain integrations between GTM platforms (CRM marketing automation LinkedIn Clay etc.).
- Use data analysis to provide insights into pipeline health campaign performance and customer journey optimization.
- Support new product launches by aligning technical setup with GTM strategy.
- Continuously evaluate and improve GTM tools tech stack and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of go-to-market motions (sales marketing customer success).
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot Salesforce or similar).
- Proficiency in workflow automation tools (Zapier Make n8n Clay etc.).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Technical skills (SQL APIs or scripting) are a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
