Job Title: Principal IT Programmer Analyst GIS

Summary:
Seeking a Principal IT Programmer Analyst GIS to lead Esri-driven enterprise GIS development analysis and support. Own the delivery of end-to-end geospatial workflows application standardization and business process innovation across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop integrate troubleshoot and support GIS applications/platforms (Esri Suite)
Define standards roadmaps and best practices for Enterprise GIS workflows
Analyze decompose and optimize business requests into actionable geospatial solutions
Lead agile development DevOps configuration and change management of systems
Provide technical/functional guidance to project business and IT teams
Manage technical support preventative maintenance troubleshooting and process automation
Ensure enterprise GIS aligns with business goals compliance and regulatory requirements
Develop documentation presentations and cross-unit support for GIS program
Build/monitor SLAs and service metrics; act as vendor/regulatory liaison

Qualifications:

Bachelors (GIS preferred) or equivalent experience
10 years developing/supporting Esri GIS solutions
Deep experience with hybrid enterprise GIS app design integration and data management
Strong understanding of GIS best practices standardization and process improvement
Technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
Agile/DevOps/integration system support and communication skills
