Job Summary
The Specification & Capability management team is now searching for a Master Data Expert.
As a Master Data Expert you will support end users of Tetra Pak specification and data management systems or tools by working with data management and technical documentation securing information quality and product data availability while working under limited supervision.
In this role you will focus on creating and maintaining master data for our Packages and documents used in our Converting factories where we produce packaging materials. Windchill PDM Link Navigo (user interface) and Inorigo (3rd party system) are used for this purpose.
This is a permanent position based in Lund Sweden and will be reporting to the Manager Specification & Capability Management in D&T Material & Package.
What you will do
- Support in defining and maintaining standards policies and procedures for master data creation maintenance and deletion. Verify and monitor authorization workflows.
- Act as a super user to support end users of Tetra Pak specification and data management systems or tools by working with data management and technical documentation securing information quality and product data availability.
- Support Specification Owners and Development teams to manage new and existing specifications in systems.
- Be part of teams suggesting and developing solutions to continuously improvesystems tools and working procedures according to internal and external stakeholder needs.
- Conduct regular reviews and data cleansing activities.
We believe you have
- Experience in IT development and Product data management including Master Data management
- Structured and detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in written and oral English. Technical documentation skills including workflows and procedures.
- Business service and delivery oriented.
- Have a continuous improvement mindset and be result-oriented to find new solutions and reduce complexity.
- Team player and individual contributor depending on task.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently in fast-changing environment.
- Understanding of requirement management.
- Experience from working with MicroSoft Office tools like Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Bachelors/ Masters degree in engineering or related fields is a plus
- Knowledge about systems like SAP and WindChill PDMLink is a plus as well as basic programming skills
