Summary
The Data Entry / Office Clerk plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily office operations. This position requires strong communication attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. You will be responsible for accurate data entry customer support and office administration to keep operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely entry of sales orders into company systems.
- Cross-train in multiple departments to provide coverage and support when needed.
- Handle invoicing phone calls and customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Understand and apply company delivery policies including order cut-off times COD procedures and driver documentation.
- Input and maintain accurate information across various company programs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of data entry and/or office clerk experience (preferred).
- Valid drivers license.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).
- Strong written verbal and basic math skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines stay organized under pressure and handle confidential information responsibly.
Location: Honolulu HI
Experience: 2 years (preferred)
Education: High school or equivalent (preferred)
