Job Summary
This position supports Benton County Behavioral Health by providing customer services to individuals and families receiving mental health services. This position works independently to keep day to day administrative and program operations effective and efficient. Responsible to oversee administrative processes to assure consistency in approach and documentation across assigned programs. This position is required to cover at various locations through the Behavioral Health Division although will be primarily assigned to the Children and Family program. Percentage of time spent will vary with area of assignment.

  • This is a Bilingual Spanish/ English position and offers a Bilingual Differential of base salary plus an additional 5% upon successful completion of required language testing.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
The following minimum qualifications arerequired for this position:
  • High school diploma or GED; AND
  • 4 years of general office or administrative support.
  • This position is Bilingual and requires duties to be done in both English and Spanish.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted. Please note candidates must have at least 6 months of actual work experience to be considered as equivalent.

Special Requirements:
  • Hiring is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check
  • Valid Oregon drivers license or ability to obtain upon hire. This position requires driving and may require use of a personal vehicle.
  • This position is Bilingual and requires duties to be done in both English and Spanish.Successful completion of language testingrequired.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in a community Behavioral Health Setting preferred.
  • Experience working with Children and Families
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
  • CPR certified preferred
  • Experience with EPIC
  • Has office experience in a confidential environment
  • Has good working knowledge of HIPAA requirements
  • Has proficient data entry skills
  • Is an intermediate user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel & Outlook)
