How will you make an impact

Our interns are matched to projects based on their abilities and current business needs. All projects will have significant strategic and/or operating importance to the business to which they are assigned.

Summer projects may include the following responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of prioritized innovation projects in areas such as media development cell line engineering and high-throughput screening.
  • Draft experimental study plans under the mentorship of a senior scientist to define objectives methods and success criteria.
  • Conduct laboratory experiments using established protocols detailing procedures and data in accordance with good scientific practices.
  • Analyze and interpret experimental results; summarize findings in clear and concise reports.
  • Share interim and final project results with the scientific team and collaborators via slide decks and verbal updates.
  • Contribute to scientific discussions in project and team meetings by asking questions offering insights and incorporating feedback.
  • Support related R&D efforts by assisting in small-scale experiments or side projects led by other scientists.
  • Participate in weekly check-ins and site events to integrate with the broader team and develop communication and collaboration skills.

Internship starts May 11th or June 15th 2026 lasting 10-12 weeks based on student schedules.

Compensation & Relocation: Our undergraduate Human Resources internships offer an hourly rate between $18.50 - $38.50 dependent upon the location you are supporting (aligned to respective cost-of-living guidelines). Additionally a relocation stipend is offered in the amount of $5000 if necessary. Student must be located 50 miles away from the physical location of the internship to be eligible for the relocation stipend.

How will you get here

  • Undergraduate upperclassmen or Masters student completing a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Biology Biochemistry or a related field between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • 0 years of work experience required; previous related internships preferred.
  • Consistent track record of results demonstrating integrity innovation involvement and intensity.
  • Energized through championing change driven in getting results and savvy in navigating ambiguity.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position Intern II based inNew York is $14.75$55.00.
