We are currently seeking experienced Fish Filletersto join our busy team inCanning Vale on Full Time employment. Full Time Permanent Role with bonus option.

Key Responsibilities:

• Slicing filleting portioning cleaning deboning trimming fresh fish in a wet and cold environment.
• Always working to a high standard of Safe Food handling practices.
• Maintaining a consistently clean workstation.
• Maintaining quality and cleanliness of slicing equipment i.e. Knives kept sharp and clean tools kept clean and in good condition.
• Assisting with Quality Inspection of product and ongoing maintenance of stock rotation.
• Reporting to supervisor on any concerns over the quality or yield of produce.

Essential Requirements:

• Must have experience within filleting in Fresh Food Processing environment.
• Ability to work in a wet cold environment with seafood and/or meat
• Assisting the filleting and processing team with other duties as required.
