Part time Weekend Host

Frasier is seeking an outgoing organized and dependable individual to join our dining team as a Part-Time Host. As the first point of contact for residents and guests the Host plays a key role in creating a welcoming professional and efficient dining experience. Responsibilities include greeting and seating managing reservations and carry-out orders coordinating with the dining team and supporting a clean and well-organized dining environment. This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Weekend availability is required with occasional weekday shifts as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a host front-of-house or customer service role preferred but not required.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Heres what youll do:

Greeting and Seating Residents 35%

• Greet and seat residents and guests in a warm friendly and professional manner.
• Coordinate seating flow to ensure efficient service and minimize wait times.
• Escort guests to tables giving special attention to reservations preferences or accessibility needs.

Reservations and Carry-Outs 20%

• Answer phones take reservations and provide accurate information to residents and guests.
• Manage reservations walk-ins and waitlists to optimize table turnover.
• Take carry-out orders and deliver meals to residents in a timely and courteous manner.

Customer Service and Communication 15%

• Communicate effectively with servers kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless dining room operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a strong focus on resident satisfaction.
• Address questions or concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when appropriate.

Organization and Cleanliness 15%

• Maintain an organized and clean host area including menus seating charts and reservation logs.
• Monitor dining room appearance and assist with light bussing or resetting tables as needed.
• Follow all facility policies including safety sanitation and resident confidentiality.

Team Support & Collaboration 10%

• Assist servers and dining staff during peak times (e.g. running beverages restocking supplies).
• Support special events large group dining and holiday meals as needed.
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment by helping wherever needed.

Administrative & Systems Support 5%

• Accurately log reservations preferences and carry-out orders in the POS or reservation system.
• Track and share resident feedback with management for continuous improvement.

Pay Range: $17.00-19.50 per hour
