Design Systems Leader

What is the job

Just like a great director ensures every scene feels part of the same story our Design Systems Leader will create and evolve Regal Cineworlds design language system nearly from scratch. Youll be the one ensuring every touchpointfrom our mobile apps to kioskslooks feels and performs like part of the same blockbuster universe.

What will you be doing

• Youll build and scale Regal Cineworlds design language system developing foundational patterns and reusable components.
• Youll partner closely with engineering to ensure seamless consistent implementation across platforms.
• Youll audit our existing digital experiences identifying opportunities to bring design parity and polish.
• Youll translate our brand and service principles into flexible design assets that support business growth.
• Youll mentor designers champion adoption and help embed system thinking across teams.

About you

• You have proven experience designing and scaling systems across both web and native platforms.
• You bring strong visual and interaction design craftyou sweat the details like a cinematographer frames a perfect shot.
• You collaborate easily with engineering partners and thrive in cross-functional teams.
• Youre a systems thinker who sees how one design pattern can play out across multiple channels.
• Youre excited about mentoring coaching and raising the bar for design cohesion.
• Submit a portfolio showcasing your design work and creative process (applications without a portfolio will not be considered).
