Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Detail scheduling to ensure managing the delivery deadline as per contract dates base on inventory lead time management.
Coordinate with sales for monthly forecasting to device delivery schedule
Work with Development team for product release in time
Manage order schedule & plan shipment linked to sales booking /backlog
Effective Inventory /Spare part management 6. Leadership in coordinating the cross functional team
Compliance with statutory approval safety norm & industry standards.
Release Purchase requestion for component purchases
Non product purchase and negotiation
System interface between China and India supplier for sourcing
To build cost model for localization
Skills:
Scheduling in reference to lead time inventory & agreed delivery date.
Supply chain & procurement planning: Forecasting & Vendor coordination
Cross functional coordination with all stakeholders to ensure delivery as per schedule.
Inventory management to ensure balance the inventory cost & components lead time.
Import management.
Supplier auditing monitoring & control
Supplier health assessment
Strong knowledge of elevator system & IT /ERP system
Experience:
15 - 20 Years
Education:
B.E/ Diploma Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering
