What this job involves
Location:CABA Argentina
Work schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Work model: On site

This role is responsible for the delivery of the Client Customer Experience to allClient visitors the role is energetic and must transmit passion for technology ensuringexceptional customer interaction leaving guests with a positive professional and lastingimpression.
What is your day to day
Maintain highly a professional and politemanner always both in person and on thetelephone. Follow any dress codeguidelines. Make eye contact with visitors.
Greet register and badge visitors.
Enter guest information into RE&F/Client provided visitor registration managementsystem; as requested and approved. Whereapplicable collect emergency contactinformation.
Notify the appropriate Client staff toinform them of their visitor. Maintainconfidentiality regarding visitors.
Respond to questions from staff and visitorsregarding directions local servicesamenities and building locations.
Make arrangements for taxi/transportationapp service as requested.
Provide guest wireless access code asrequired or direct visitors and staff to theappropriate location.
Ensure the customer facing meeting room iskept neat and tidy.
Receive and/or direct to the appropriate onsite location incoming local deliveries anddistribute or communicate to staff to pick upthe deliveries to the proper departmentlocations and tenant/ Arrange courier pickups upon request at selected sites or directstaff to the appropriate on site location.
Answer and direct phone calls/mainswitchboard or lobby desk respond togeneral inquiries and support administrativerequests.
Ensure front desk and lobby areas aremaintained with a professional presentationand that any applicable requirements aremet.
Support and coordinate events requirementswith business and/or IFM events teamensuring requirements are met and deliveredaccording with IFM scope service.
Provide concierge with daily briefings onevents and meeting schedules and any otherspecific user requirements key to meetingcustomer experience.
Perform daily sweeps on meeting room andlobby area to ensure it is clean tidy andfunctional at all times. Work with Hospitalityand/or Cleaning provider to ensure food andcrockery is removed once function hasfinished.
Maintain and keep current StandardOperating Procedure (SOP) manuals for theLobby Area or in smaller office for the site.
Enter service requests or update as workcompletion status changes in work ordersystem.
Coordinate and assist with Lobby and/orgeneral maintenance issues to include entryof Service Requests into the GFSC.
Provide access to Tier Two IFM Providers tocarry out maintenance work in accordancewith site EHS systems and procedures.
Ensure Client devices display servicesand associated lobby technology isfunctioning and working at all times. Workwith Client IT and Site FM in raisingtechnical issues and failures promptly and tofull resolution.
Monitor staff and visitors who enter securedareas. Contact security immediately for alltypes of security breaches and problemsituations.
As necessary commence emergencyprocedures in a manner consistent withassigned location emergency responseplans.
Complete the reports that are requiredaccording with the role (use ofrooms/spaces calls quantity visitors etc)
Desired experience and technical skills
Bachelors degree in customer services careers or field related.
1 3 years on customer services
English and Spanish professional written and speaking level.
The position is required to have multi-skilled profile interested intechnology outgoing and with a hands-on attitude to engage visitors
