What Youll Be Doing

Troubleshoot repair and maintain residential HVAC systems (heating cooling air conditioning furnaces boilers heat pumps ductwork ventilation).
Deliver excellent customer service and build trust on every call.
Identify opportunities for system upgrades IAQ products (e.g. air purifiers humidifiers dehumidifiers) or replacement systems including new HVAC installations.
Present service options and provide recommendations tailored to customer needs.
Generate estimates and close approved HVAC sales in the field.
Complete detailed service reports using mobile tools/software

Requirements:

1-2 years of residential HVAC experience
EPA certification (Type II or Universal)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated with a sales-oriented mindset
