At SPL we turn science into impact. Were searching for a part-time Field Services Technician to join our team in State College PA. In this role youll pick up and transport environmental samples that support compliance and decision-making for our clients. Youll follow established procedures drive your provided route and represent SPL at client sites.

What Youll Do

• Follow daily schedules provided via mobile routing software;
• Collect transport and deliver samples in accordance with SOPs safety rules and regulatory requirements;
• Prepare supplies and documentation prior to daily routes;
• Enter data into mobile devices and complete chain of custody documentation;
• Pick up water samples at client sites on schedule and according to established procedures;
• Coordinate with team members to meet all client deadlines efficiently;
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle;
• Other duties as assigned.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• High School Diploma or equivalent required;
• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record;
• Basic skills with mobile technology (Microsoft Office iOS email and routing software);
• Good communication organizational and time management skills.

Your Schedule and The Fine Print

• Must be able to work a part-time day-shift schedule of three to four days per week including three 8-hour shifts every Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday starting between 7 AM and 8 AM;
• Regular and punctual attendance is required;
• Willingness and ability to drive in all weather conditions.
