Our client an event production company seek a Venue Manager to be based on-site with one of their most prestigious clients.
Based in Central London you will be based in a stunning location which offers a range of spectacular spaces for corporate hire private film screenings parties weddings and art exhibitions.
In your role as Venue Manager you will liaise with clients to understand their briefs specifications and requirements and prepare quotations accordingly. You will also be responsible for putting together equipment lists and booking / scheduling crew for each event and working closely with the entire team to ensure each booking runs smoothly. Additional duties would also include invoicing and reporting and ensuring that the relationship between all venue contacts and the event production team is nurtured and developed.
To be considered you must have a background in event production and/or venue management. You will have exceptional presentation and communication skills and demonstrate a good basic technical understanding of AV along with a natural aptitude for promoting selling AV solutions for corporate and private events.
