About the role
This role is central to the smooth operation of the Citys landfill site overseeing waste compaction environmental controls and plant equipment. Youll lead daily activities coordinate contractors and contribute to the Environmental Management System at Englands Road. Its a hands-on role with real impact and perfect for someone who takes pride in safety teamwork and keeping our city clean and efficient.

About you
The role requires a Certificate III in Civil Construction (or equivalent experience) a current HR licence (or willingness to obtain within 3 months) a First Aid Certificate and a White Card. Youll need proven experience operating plant machinery such as compactors or loaders and a solid understanding of landfill operations and environmental protocols. Strong teamwork communication and customer service skills are essential to succeed in this hands-on high-impact role.
Whats on offer
- Competitive Salary (from $66450.68) depending on your capabilities and experience 12% superannuation.
- Permanent Full Time 38 hours per week
