About this role

Were looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join an AI-powered platform focused on supply chain compliance. Youll play a critical role in building and scaling core systems working directly with founders and customers and making key technical decisions in a fast-moving early-stage environment.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ownership-driven settings enjoys working across the full stack and wants to have an immediate impact on both product and customer outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

Build and scale the core platform using React Native Flask and TypeScript.
Travel quarterly to warehouses to observe software in action and perform live coding during go-lives.
Take ownership of technical architecture decisions as the product scales.
Contribute across the stack with bonus points for scaling and infrastructure expertise.
Collaborate directly with customers and founders to help shape product direction.

What were looking for

2 years of full stack development experience with modern web technologies or strong side project/GitHub portfolio for new grads.
Comfort working in fast-paced early-stage startup environments.
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving technical decisions.
Bonus points for experience in:
React Native Flask TypeScript
Infrastructure/scaling
Supply chain logistics or B2B software
