What Youll Do
- Represent public entities and unions in employment-related litigation
- Draft research and argue motions and briefs
- Take on administrative hearings bench trials and contested proceedings
- Manage a diverse caseload with direct client interaction
- Collaborate with colleagues while enjoying autonomy and early case ownership
What Were Looking For
- California-barred attorney 010 years of experience
- Strong research and writing skills are essential
- Interest in law enforcement unions or public service is a plus
- Experience suing government entities is highly valued
- Background in paralegal/legal work considered for newer attorneys
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $150000 for junior/first-year attorneys; up to $200000 DOE
- Bonuses: Billable origination on-call and end-of-year
- Billable target: 1800 hours annually (all hours credited little contingency)
- Health dental vision: 100% paid for employees and dependents
