What you will do:
As a Windchill Solution Architect you will lead the design development and deployment of enterprise-grade PLM solutions using PTC Windchill. You will serve as the technical authority for Windchill integrations upgrades and customizations ensuring alignment with business goals and engineering workflows.
How you will do it:
Architecture & Design
- Define scalable Windchill architectures for modules like PDMLink MPMLink SUMA and ThingWorx Navigate.
- Lead solutioning for Windchill upgrades SSO validation and cloud migrations.
Integration & Development
- Architect and implement integrations with ERP systems using REST APIs and Info*Engine.
- Customize Windchill workflows loaders and utilities for ECN/FCN processes and BOM management.
Agile Delivery & CI/CD
- Drive Agile initiatives backlog refinement and sprint planning with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to define epics features and acceptance criteria.
Release & Change Management
- Oversee release management coding standards and documentation for PLM environments.
- Lead change management efficiency projects including automation and visualization gap closure.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Interface with business analysts offshore teams and vendors to align technical solutions with business needs.
Mentorship & Evaluation
- Conduct technical interviews and provide feedback on Windchill developer candidates assessing skills in customization configuration and ThingWorx.

Dev Tools: Azure DevOps ServiceNow Git Jenkins
Languages: Java XML SQL
Experience: 1012 years in PLM domain with deep Windchill expertise
Certifications: PTC Windchill Professional Curriculum Lean Yellow Belt
Education: Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline
Preferred
Experience with Agile frameworks global product teams and vendor collaboration
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $109000 - $146000 (Salary to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity location and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package.
