Job Summary
The Opportunity: We are seeking a Sr. M365 Engineer or Administrator to provide expertise in managing and supporting our clients Microsoft 365 environments with a focus on SharePoint and OneDrive. This role requires strong technical knowledge of M365 services governance and administration to ensure secure efficient and scalable collaboration across the enterprise.
- Role: Senior M365 Engineer / Administrator
- Experience: 6-9 Years
- Work Location: Phoenix AZ
- Project Duration: 12 Months Contract
- Administer configure and support Microsoft 365 services with emphasis on SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
- Manage security compliance and data governance using Microsoft Purview and related tools.
- Implement and maintain SharePoint Advanced Management features to optimize performance and user experience.
- Provide technical leadership in M365 governance permissions management and policy enforcement.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and deliver secure collaboration solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the M365 environment.
- Strong experience as an M365 Engineer/Administrator with a focus on:
- Microsoft SharePoint Online
- Microsoft OneDrive
- Microsoft Purview
- SharePoint Advanced Management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft SharePoint.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience implementing or managing AvePoint Governance for M365 environments
- Prior experience developing and implementing enterprise governance policies and best practices for M365.
- Experience with implementing best practices aligned to change management processes.
