Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Achieving daily personal sales targets.
- Ensuring excellent customer service.
- General upkeep of the sales floor.
- Demoing r/c products and toys for customers.
- Merchandising.
- Cash handling.
- Key holders will also be responsible for opening and closing the store.
- Oversee execution of tasks as directed by Store Management.
- Ensuring that the store is clean and organized.
- Assisting cashiers in periods of high customer volume.
- Supervising the cleaning and delivery staff and overseeing them outside of business hours.
- Identifying problems with working conditions and reporting them to management.
You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications and skills:
- 1 years in a retail/sales-oriented position
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of pop culture toys puzzles board games and trading card games is preferred.
- Presentable demeanor and friendly nature.
- Diligent and responsible attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Pay Rate (per hour): $16.00 - $16.50

This position is for the Mall in Columbia location.
Position is considered Seasonal and not guaranteed beyond January. However exceptional people will be considered for long-term positions.
