This role works with the Marketing and Outreach team to network with community organizations and businesses and attend events to build CNS Healthcares name recognition. Professionals in this role will create relationships and expand awareness about CNS Healthcare in Wayne Oakland and Macomb Counties. Compensation Range:
The salary range for this position is $45000 - $51000 hourly rate and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience.

Essential Functions:
- Attend meetings on behalf of CNS Healthcare with local Chambers of Commerce Coalitions Community Action Agencies Suicide Prevention Task Forces and others.
- Attend community vendor events; research events coordinate logistics set up table / tent and vendor space as needed interact with community members and answer questions about CNS Healthcare.
- Connect with the public and businesses in communities served by CNS Healthcare.
- Attend City Council and County Commission meetings in communities served by CNS Healthcare.
- Develop relationships with outside organizations including but not limited to HMOs Health Insurance Carriers ACOs ASOs Hospitals and Hospital Systems and other behavioral/integrated healthcare service providers.
- Assist with the management of CNS Healthcares swag including inventory and more.
- All other tasks as deemed necessary.
Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma required
- Ability to influence and engage key community individuals groups stakeholders and peers.
- Excellent written oral interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation skills necessary to deal effectively with various levels of agency personnel outside customers stakeholders and community groups.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with standard Microsoft Office Suite and TEAMS
- Knowledge of social media (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and Twitter)
Preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience working in the community.
- Superior writing and communication skills.
- Bachelors degree.
Travel
- This position may require occasional travel during the workday in the evenings and on weekends to other locations and events.
