The Cardiac Rhythm Management R&D PMO is looking for a Sr. Product Development Project Management Specialist to join our this role youll be key supporting person to the Product Development Manager (PDM) role in advancing innovative implantable cardiac devices pacing/defibrillation leads and support instruments. Youll be a critical partner to the Program Development Manager (PDM) and Core Team Leader providing detailed planning and tracking execution for large-scale complex development programs. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across multiple global Medtronic sites and work cross-functionally with teams in design manufacturing regulatory clinical operations and quality.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Partners with the Product Development Manager to evaluate develop and manage projects for new product developmentand ongoing lifecycle management of products processes and therapies.
  • Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning project team and line management.
  • Drives collaboration and fosters inclusion of global team members from all functions involved in new product development.
  • Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements: To be considered for this role please ensure the minimum requirements are evident on your resume.

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or a technical discipline
  • Minimum of 4years of work experience in Engineering OR Masters degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience OR PhD with 0 years relevant experience.

The provided base salary range is used nationally in the United States (except in Puerto Rico and certain CA locations).The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experiencecertification/education market conditions location etc.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$112000.00 - $168000.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience certification/education market conditions and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
