Youll lead with purpose breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected compassionate world.The Cardiac Rhythm Management R&D PMO is looking for a Sr. Product Development Project Management Specialist to join our this role youll be key supporting person to the Product Development Manager (PDM) role in advancing innovative implantable cardiac devices pacing/defibrillation leads and support instruments. Youll be a critical partner to the Program Development Manager (PDM) and Core Team Leader providing detailed planning and tracking execution for large-scale complex development programs. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across multiple global Medtronic sites and work cross-functionally with teams in design manufacturing regulatory clinical operations and quality.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Partners with the Product Development Manager to evaluate develop and manage projects for new product developmentand ongoing lifecycle management of products processes and therapies.
- Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning project team and line management.
- Drives collaboration and fosters inclusion of global team members from all functions involved in new product development.
- Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements: To be considered for this role please ensure the minimum requirements are evident on your resume.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a technical discipline
- Minimum of 4years of work experience in Engineering OR Masters degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience OR PhD with 0 years relevant experience.

The provided base salary range is used nationally in the United States (except in Puerto Rico and certain CA locations).The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experiencecertification/education market conditions location etc.
