Were looking for aProduct Manager todrive the development and growth ofour video part of Ajax ecosystem. This role isaunique opportunity for apassionate professional who can align market needs with companys short/long-term vision ensuring seamless development of video related products and features.
Ajax video ecosystem includes wired wireless video cameras network video recorders doorbells AI recognition on edge smart features intergconnection with Ajax intrusion and fire systems subscriptions and many more.
Soft skills:

Hard skills:
- Market Research &Analysis: Knowledge ofhow toconduct market research analyze competitors and understand market trends tomake informed product decisions make acalculation ofunit economy;
- Regulatory &Compliance Knowledge: Understanding ofrelevant industry regulations (e.g. GDPR for data privacy legal financial region diversity) that may impact the products design orfunctionality;
- Wireframing &Prototyping: Experience with tools like Figma orMiro tocreate low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes that communicate the intended design and functionality ofthe product.
Would be a plus:
- Experience in CCTV
- Experience in building products from sctratch
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as sales engineering UX/UI customer support marketing
- Pre-sale experience
- Technical background
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify market and customer needs for video products align them with the companys mid and long-term goals;
- Research markets and competitors toensure the best value proposition;
- Manage entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch tocontinuous improvement;
- Take full ownership over the product vision strategy and roadmap ofAjax Video devices features. Define and articulate them clearly with business and RnDstakeholders;
- Analyse and integrate feedback torefine product features and ensure regulatory compliance;
- Prioritise data-driven and feedback-driven approach infeature development ensuring minimal risks and time tomarket.
