Are you a detail-oriented problem-solver looking to leverage your analytical skills in a dynamic international setting Join our team and play a key role in managing and optimizing transportation costs for a global logistics leader.

Youre a strong candidate if you have:

• Sharp Analytical Skills: You love diving into data to find trends and solutions.
• Data Mastery: Proficiency with Google Sheets and MS Excel (pivot tables formulas etc.).
• Good English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).
• Exceptional Attention to Detail: You ensure accuracy when managing complex data.
• Agility & Proactiveness: You learn fast manage multiple tasks efficiently and proactively seek to solve problems.
• Bonus Skills: Prior experience with JIRA or knowledge of Logistics/Supply Chain.

Your Mission
As a key member of the Freight Audit team you will be responsible for the core functions that keep our transportation costs accurate and transparent:

• Cost Optimization: Conduct detailed freight rate analysis to manage and verify transportation costs and extra charges.
• Agreement Management: Own the full cycle of rate book managementfrom analyzing new rates to creating updating testing and approving customer agreements.
• Platform Expertise: Use our proprietary Transporeon Freight Audit platform to manage communications and resolve rate-related issues with international customers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other internal departments to efficiently resolve agreement-related queries.
