Job Summary
Lab Operations & Scheduling
- Collaborate with engineering teams to plan and execute validation activities using lab resources and test equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance calibration and verification of lab equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of test data.
- Ensure compliance with internal protocols and industry standards.
- Design and build new test fixtures and/or machines to support validation testing.
- Provide technical guidance and informal mentorship to lab technicians.
Technical Execution and Troubleshooting
- Provide hands-on support for laboratory test equipment and measurement systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret test results and refine procedures.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions test anomalies and data inconsistencies.
- Apply root cause analysis techniques to improve test accuracy and repeatability.
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Develop and maintain test procedures work instructions and protocols.
- Identify opportunities and implement strategies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Support audits and ensure the lab is following regulatory standards.
Health and Safety
- Promote safe working environment and comply with safety and health requirements.
- Complete required safety trainings and inspections.
- Report and correct any unsafe practices as appropriate.
Salary Range:
