Position Summary:
V-Tech Solutions Inc. is seeking experienced and analytical candidates to serve as Grant Evaluators in Washington DC. The Grant Evaluator will manage program data and evaluation activities develop assessment tools and provide analytical support to ensure the effectiveness and compliance of grant-funded programs.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Public Health Social Sciences Statistics Evaluation or related field
- Certification: None required (certifications in program evaluation or data analysis are a plus)
- Skills & Abilities:
Strong analytical and data management skills
Experience designing and administering surveys interviews and focus groups
Ability to develop evaluation plans and reports for stakeholders
Proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate with program teams and provide technical assistance
Knowledge of logic models SOPs and evaluation frameworks
Responsibilities:
- Manage program data and evaluation activities including collection coordination and dissemination
- Design and administer surveys interviews and focus groups to assess community needs and program effectiveness
- Develop evaluation plans reports and factsheets for stakeholders and agencies
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports on program performance for District and Federal agencies
- Provide analytical support for grant-related activities and program evaluations
- Assist programs in developing evaluation tools logic models and SOPs
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the evaluation process
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve program implementation and outcomes

Pay Range:
$32.36 Hourly
