Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Digital Project Managers (DPMs) to deliver high-quality creative content adaptations.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of digital assets through the production process ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Allocate resources and manage project timelines demand forecasting and prioritization to meet business needs.
  • Adapt global master content to comply with local regulatory requirements and market needs while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including Medical Writers Production Partners and Translation Partners to ensure effective content localization.
  • Manage the content approval process to adhere to strict timelines and quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve project roadblocks maintaining a focus on quality and speed to market.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and skill development within the team to ensure successful project delivery.

Essential Requirements

  • Extensive experience in pharmaceutical industry marketing especially digital content creation for healthcare audiences.
  • Strong project management skills including timeline management forecasting and resource allocation.
  • Proven ability to adapt global content for local markets ensuring compliance and cultural relevance.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing content quality and driving agency deliverables to meet high standards.
  • Experience with omnichannel strategy including creation of sales aids web assets and rep-triggered emails.
  • Solid understanding of project prioritization methodologies and PMO approaches such as RISK and RASCI development.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on stakeholder alignment and timely project delivery.
  • Fluent in English and German with excellent communication skills
