Job Description:

工作内容

1您将负责数据库架构设计和数据库运维包含但不限于数据库架构的调研数据库安装升级容量规划备份恢复容灾策略实施

2您将负责数据库的性能优化故障分析和处理确保数据库安全支持高并发/高可用的要求

3您将编写各类数据库规范性文档进行SQL审核并制定相关规范和标准制定数据库用户密码策略完善安全管控

4您将负责数据库自动化运维工具的开发

5您将配合开发部门制定数据库及数据同步的技术方案如集群方案解耦拆分方案读写分离策略分库分表策略数据同步迁移方案等;

6您将完成上级领导交给的其他工作任务

我们希望您

1拥有本科或以上学历计算机科学或相关专业

23年及以上数据库运维管理经验具备高并发高可用技术方案的实施和运维经验具备大型数据库TB级运维经验或者分布式集群运维经验者优先

3精通关系型数据库原理及运维包含但不限于MySQL数据库的运行机制和体系架构MySQL数据库的分析管理扩容备份恢复优化安全及权限管理体系

4熟悉一种或多种非关系型数据库的架构及应用场景如文档数据库Mongo列存数据库DorisClickHouseHbase等

5熟悉数据库选型能够根据业务需要改进数据库架构提供高可用高性能高并发可扩展安全稳定的数据库解决方案

6熟悉数据库监控相关的工具和监控指标至少熟悉Python/Shell/ Scala一种编程语言

7具备数据同步工具如Flinkcdcdebezium及消息中间件Kafka运维经验者优先;
