What Youll Do:
Ensure completeness of application (1003).
Issue needs letter and/or loan status letter to client and loan officer.
Follow up and ensure receipt of requested documentation on timeline to ensure submission of file to Underwriting no less than 10-days prior to estimated closing date lock expiration or contingency date (earliest of all dates).
Pull Fraud Reports and obtain information to clear low and/or moderate impact findings as needed obtain documentation to support clearance of items. Document any high-impact alerts to UW to clear.
Ensure 100% compliance with internal fraud prevention procedures and other Wintrust procedures.
May schedule closing date and time with borrowers LOs and title companies.
Qualifications:
Processes conventional FHA VA USDA Bond Jumbo and brokered loans.
Knowledge of credit review to include income and assets.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills.
The ability to multi-task.
3-5 years of proven experience
Compensation:
The estimated hourly rate for this role is $19.00 -$20.00. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors such as a candidates qualifications skills and experience.
