Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Production Support:
Provide CMM programming and gaging support utilizing PC-DMIS and Modus software language
CMM Inspection Optimization
CMM calibration of fixtured and fixed gauge masters
Inspection single point failure mitigation
Program Language Upgrades
CMM program and machine troubleshooting
Repair/Maintenance when applicable
Coordination with CMM OEMs
Support CMM operator training needs
CMM spec/procurement consultant as needed
New equipment setup/program qualification as needed
Customer and Warranty Support:
Custom CMM programs as needed to verify conformance or confirmcustomer warranty
DR Repair/Inspection report
NPI:
New CMM program development for RSS/ESM repairs andsubstantiations
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and 3 years of CMM programming experience (or a minimum high school diploma / GED with an additional 4 years of CMM programming experience).
Desired Characteristics
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Ability to document plan market and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
