お客様側のメール室の運営に関する業務対応
豊洲本社に届く郵便物下記参照の受取発送業務を豊洲本社のメール室内で行う
郵便物社内メール便一般郵便宅配便
郵便物の宛先従業員の組織ごとの仕分け作業
届いた郵便物をシステムに登録し宛先従業員へメールで知らせる*
*システムトドケールという郵便通知システムを利用
宅配便の受取業者への引き渡し作業
社内メール便の受取配送担当者への引き渡し
その他郵便物に関する雑務
求める条件
今後は人事総務メンバーなどのサポートに入る場合あり
日本語に精通しておりビジネスメールや電話で相手とコミュニケーションができる
オフィスツールを利用できること特にExcelWordOutlookに精通していること
サービス精神が旺盛で明るくチームワークを大切にする方を歓迎する
学習能力と理解力が高く適切な勤務態度を持っている方を歓迎する
