Heres What You Need

Education

H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required And

Other successful completion of training course in theory and practice of hemodialysis within 90 days of hire Required

Experience

6 Months in dialysis phlebotomy or CNA Required

Licenses and Certifications

CCHT - Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician 18 Months Required And

BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required And

CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training maintained annually 90 Days Required

Skills

Basic computer competency to include knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Work and Excel

Excellent verbal written communications and interpersonal skills

Must be able to read write speak and understand English instructions safety rules and guidelines.
