Machine Operator
Location - 3000 MT Pleasant Street Burlington Iowa
Starting Hourly Rate - $19.64/hr plus shift premiums

Your Role:
- Set up start up and handle machine change-overs like a pro.
- Perform shut down and clean up procedures with precision.
- Perform or assist with light preventative maintenance on all equipment.
- Understand and strictly observe safety rules to keep everyone safe.
- Follow GMPs and assist in achieving our SQF Certification annually ensuring were always SQF ready.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: Prior food processing/operator experience is a plus.
- Troubleshooting Talent: Ability to work through problems backwards to find root causes and address issues effectively.
- Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills (Excel Word PowerPoint) required to run production smoothly.
