Bring to the Table:
- Passion for Japanese cuisine and a love of learning.
- A commitment to food safety cleanliness and organized food handling.
- A knack for teamwork keeping your space neat and staying engaged.
- Extra kudos if you have a year or more in high-volume or guest-facing kitchens.
- Proficient with knives
- Capable of reading recipes and following directions
- Willingness to perform a skills test is required
About the Role: Our Sushi Chefs collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to create fresh beautiful sushi that keeps guests returning. Develop skills and advance through three unique stations:

- Physical tasks include moving around the kitchen using tools and savoring flavors to ensure top quality.
