In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Collaborate with peer operations engineers and implementation and design engineers in offering outstanding customer support and meeting the agreed service levels in resolving issues.
• Work well with customers by providing world-class support service by responding to inquiries incidents and requests about all supported network group services through the Ticketing System within the required service level.
• Build and improve disaster recovery procedures.
• Deliver the best solutions and protection to company systems with improved and maintained knowledge and understanding of networking and security standard processes.

You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You prioritize and supervise tasks on several projects simultaneously. You are proactive and highly innovative in analyzing and evaluating network connectivity identifying issues and providing solutions. You can proficiently communicate ideas and build technical information.

For This Role You Will Need:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related courses.
• 3 years of relevant work experience as a Network Engineer and experience supporting LAN WLAN WAN and SD-WAN environments.
• Extensive knowledge of network services such as DNS DHCP IPAM TCP/IP STP VSS VRF EIGRP and BGP.
• In-depth understanding and practical knowledge of networking systems such as LAN WLAN WAN SD-WAN switches routers firewalls and load balancers.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Preferably with network certifications that include Cisco certifications such as CCNA or CCNP and Firewall certifications.
