Job Description
Mobile Automotive Service Technician
Bob Thomas Ford is looking for a mobile technician who must be capable of basic auto maintenance- recalls computer and electrical diagnosis DOT inspections brakes batteries.

- Technicians perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders on vehicles with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and/or Ford standards.
- Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly.
- Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and performing all authorized repairs.
- Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to customers
- Accurately document vehicle repairs/work performed.
- Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
- Providing an exceptional customer experience to continue loyalty.
- Ability to work in severe weather conditions.
- Ability to drive and maintain a company vehicle responsibly.

- Have own set of tools
- Be dependable with a reliable source of transportation
- Strong motivation to learn & succeed in the business
- Be able to provide customer satisfaction performing inspections repairs and maintenance services according to Fords standards
- Have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
