Provide in-patient and ambulatory care to patients with advanced heart failure transplants and those with ventricular support devices.
Participate in department and health system committees and meetings as needed

Required Qualifications
Education/Certification: ABIM Certification in Cardiovascular Disease.
Work Experience:
Two years in a setting of Advanced Heart-Failure Transplant and Mechanical Circulator Support.
Management of patients in the clinical area of Advanced Heart Failure Mechanical Circulatory Support systems and cardiac transplants in patients with Advance Heart Failure.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification: ABIM Certification in Advance Heart Failure.
Work Experience: Experience in research and teaching efforts.
