THE TYPE OF LEADER WERE LOOKING FOR
Were searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
- High school degree and some college education
- Experience working at a private school or beauty school
- Leadership or management experience
- Proficiency with computers email Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to analyze data create goals forecast outcomes and track ROIs
- Ability to multitask and maintain a clean environment
- Strong business finance and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional team-building skills
- Organization skills with a high attention to detail

A bachelors degree or a license from one of our programs is preferred.
WHAT ITS LIKE TO BE OUR DIRECTOR OF COSMETOLOGY EDUCATION
This is a full-time position with flexible 8 to 10-hour workdays including evening availability for night school sessions ending at 10:00 pm.
In this leadership role you will oversee the daily operations for our day and night school of our cosmetology education facility ensuring that every aspect runs smoothly and efficiently. Youll manage detailed documentation-from budgets to employee records-while mentoring a dedicated team through effective training goal-setting and performance evaluations. Working closely with our management you will explore new business opportunities enforce regulatory compliance and maintain impeccable facility standards all while creating an engaging supportive environment for both staff and students.
