Job Summary:

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations by executing essential manufacturing engineering activities including the implementation of equipment processes and production systems. Contribute to the development and optimization of both new and existing processes through continuous improvement initiatives and reliability monitoring while providing ongoing technical support and guidance to meet the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drives continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to equipment processes and production systems.
  • Executes engineering change notices assesses gaps in parts or processes and champions the implementation of all required changes to maintain production.
  • Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to address and resolve manufacturing challenges ensuring sustainable solutions.
  • Supports manufacturing operations as needed providing guidance to meet business unit goals and production demands.

Top Candidates will Have:

  • Manufacturing experience have worked within a manufacturing environment
  • A strong understanding / working knowledge of Microsoft O/S and related application
  • Skilled in Teamcenter Creo and other visualization software tools

What Skills You Will Have:

  • Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
  • Judgment and Decision Making: Ability to carefully evaluate the impact of emerging business situations and choose the best path forward communicating actions and activities that maximize organizational performance.
  • Manufacturing Processes: Knowledge of existing product manufacturing methods technologies and processes; ability to execute plan manage and monitor the entire manufacturing process.

Summary Pay Range:

$71040.00 - $106440.00
