- Bachelors degree inBusiness Administrationor a related field
- 5 years of sales experience in theFMCGindustry
- Proven success managingretail key accounts
- Proven experience witheCommerce customers(mandatory)
- Proficiency in Romanian and English required.
- Strong knowledge offorecasting Nielsen data and trade management systems
- Willingness to travel up to10%
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
- A strong love for pets ᡣ𐭩
What will be your key responsibilities
Create and execute customer solutions that drive profitable sales growth across seasonal events product placement shelving merchandising and pricingaligned with customer objectives category leadership and company goals
Influence customers by delivering fact-based presentations that lead to mutually beneficial outcomes
Lead new product launches with timely and effective execution to maximize customer impact
Ensure accurate forecasting and follow-through on all agreed solutions with customers
Manage customer trade funds in compliance with internal and external requirements continuously improving the effectiveness of spending
Provide customers with relevant category insights and make strategic recommendations for growth. Collect and share customer feedback along with potential solutions
