Position Overview: The Sales Enablement Data Analyst role will be focused on the collection review interpretation analysis and presentation of sales marketing and sales compensation data. Financial controls and audit of data is commonplace and this role will gather and present needed data to support those audit controls. This role requires being detail-oriented and this role you will support the Sales organization directly while working closely with Marketing Finance and People Operations.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends
• Communicate with management team regularly
• Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity
• Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources
• Evaluate and integrate third-party data to bolster analytics solutions
• Present actionable information and insights to team members and management
• Gather and analyze data to understand problems and address them proactively
• Collaborate with team members and build partnerships across the organization
• Compensation data extraction and analysis monthly
• Data ownership analysis and interpretation in Excel AWS Salesforce and other tools
• Commission plan maintenance
• Presentation development and delivery (PowerPoint skills a must)

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Accounting or Finance.
• 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of word processing PowerPoint Excel Database Management and SQL/Python.
• Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills.
• Advanced oral and written English communication skills.
• High level of organization and detail-orientation.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
• Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize / excellent time management.

Desired Qualifications

• AWS QuickSight experience.
• Salesforce Data Experience.
• Performio data experience.
