Job Summary
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences Do you thrive in a role where you can truly make a difference every day At TVH were looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Advisor who will be the trusted first point of contact for our customers and ensure they feel heard helped and supported.
Your role & impact
Act as the first point of contact for customer questions requests and complaints across different channels.
Handle customer data and documentation accurately in our systems.
Build strong long-term customer relationships by thinking along with their needs and identifying growth opportunities.
Share valuable customer insights with internal teams to support account planning and continuous improvement.
Represent TVH at fairs and events strengthening customer connections.
Guide customers in making the most of our e-commerce platform.
Actively contribute ideas to improve processes and share knowledge with colleagues.
