Ce que nous allons faire ensemble :
Être stagiare chez ATR cest être intégré au sein dune équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre dintervention et des responsabilités.
Au sein de la direction des Programmes le département Performance Improvement est en charge de lamélioration de la performance dentreprise. Dans ce cadre vous intégrerez léquipe de costing qui est responsable de lévaluation des coûts des projets de développements avion. Vous aurez ainsi lopportunité dacquérir les compétences techniques autour des avions ATR tout en développant les compétences financières inhérente au métier du costing. Plus spécifiquement vous contribuerez à:
- Constituer létat des lieux des données de coûts existantes
- Consolider et analyser le retour dexpérience des projets majeurs de développement avions
- Spécifier et préparer le développement dun nouvel outil de gestion des coûts
- Suivre la phase de développement informatique et implémentation du nouvel outil
Si vous êtes à la fois intéressé par la technique et la finance cette alternance est faite pour vous:
- Ecole dingénieur avec spécialisation en aéronautique ou informatique
- Connaissance de larchitecture avion et des principaux systèmes gestion de projets appétence pour lanalyse de données financières
- Envie dapprendre état desprit collaboratif et sensible à lamélioration continue
- Français: courant Anglais: niveau intermédiaire
Démarrage: Janvier 2026

Being a trainee at ATR means being integrated into a team as a full member with a real scope of intervention and responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills and experience within a market leading company!
Within the Programs Directorate the Performance Improvement department is responsible for improving company performance. As part of this you will join the costing team which is responsible for evaluating the costs of aircraft development projects. You will have the opportunity to acquire technical skills related to ATR aircraft while developing the financial skills inherent to the costing profession. Specifically you will contribute to:
- Establishing the current state of existing cost data
- Consolidating and analyzing feedback from major aircraft development projects
- Specifying and preparing the development of a new cost management tool
- Monitoring the IT development and implementation phase of the new tool
If you are interested in both technology and finance this internship is for you.
PROFILE :
- Engineering school with a specialization in aeronautics or IT
- Knowledge of aircraft architecture and main systems project management and an interest in financial data analysis
- Willingness to learn collaborative mindset and a sensitivity to continuous improvement
- French: fluent English: intermediate level
