Summary:
Develops and provides services related to the orientation continuing education and assessment of the ongoing competency of clinical staff.Responsibilities:
Plans updates and evaluates clinical competencies to assess quality of patient care delivered and ensure regulatory be assigned to take a patient load as or contributes to nursing needs assessments using a variety of strategic with developing specific departmental goal standards and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the research evidence-based practice and quality improvement findings through activities such as presentations publications and evaluation data to guide decision-making about educational the onboarding and orientation of all new employees and students on assigned unit(s).Serves as consultant/mentor/change agent to staff clinical leaders and committee work groups and/or projects related to the implementation of educational activities.Competencies:
