The SNCE Consultant provides essential support to the L&D team and business units within assigned client group and learning portfolio. The role focuses on facilitating the smooth delivery of learning and development initiatives coordinating logistics supporting communications and assisting in the implementation and rollout of learning programs.
This role reports to the Director for FPB Germany and SNCE and is part of this L&D team within the global L&D Centre of Expertise and will work closely with the Learning Lead for the SNCE SBU.
Supports the SBU L&D Director and regional L&D team in the delivery of learning strategies and initiatives for the SNCE SBU in line with business priorities.
Assists with organizing and scheduling learning programs including managing logistics venues materials and attendee communications utilizing best practices learning technology and tools.
Supports the L&D team to identify implement and oversee global learning technologies for CGI Partners to stay connected and drive their own development.
Works closely with the Global Learning Support team in Manilla to provide administrative and operational assistance for regional L&D projects.
Supports the team in gathering and preparing data for learning needs assessments and performance analysis.
Prepares reporting and analytics to tracking and assessing the effectiveness and consumption of L&D initiatives.
Helps to localize and distribute global learning communications and programs to the SNCE SBU.
Keeps up to date with L&D tools and practices and shares relevant insights with the team.
Talent Culture and Learning projects as identified based on workload capacity capabilities and career interests.
2-3 years of administrative experience preferably in a learning or HR environment.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with learning management systems is an asset.
Collaborative and team-oriented with a proactive approach to supporting others.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Enthusiastic about learning and development with a growth mindset.
Post-secondary education in business Human Resources Adult Learning Organization Development or equivalent is an asset.
