Job Summary
The leading home care company in Missouri is seeking a bilingual (Bosnian/English) customer service coordinator in the South County area.
- Assessing daily needs based on open shifts
- Undertake and implement various staffing solutions
- Placement of newly hired employees
- Able to foster relationships with both employees and external vendors.
- Ideal candidate will have experience in hiring and onboarding new employees
- Must be an excellent communicator strong customer service and computer skills.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Experience:
- Bilingual Bosnian/English
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Strong knowledge of computer data entry and phone etiquette
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve customer service processes
- Experience in building relationships over the phone
- Home Care or other health care knowledge is preferred
