Job Summary
Ensure completion of clinical documentation to provide timely delivery of services
- Provide structured face-to-face scheduled therapeutic interventions to provide support and guidance in all areas of functional domains: adaptive communication personal care domestic psychosocial problem solving preventing overcoming or managing the recipients level of functioning and enhancing his/her ability to remain in the community.
Provide a variety of strengths based and focused interventions that address the functional problems associated with the most complex and/or pervasive conditions of the identification that will increase the recipients ability to cope and relate to others and enhancing the highest level of functioning in the community.
Able to develop the diagnosis of consumers with all five axes of DSM-IV
Completes the initial psychiatric assessments including the development of treatment plans and recommendations; provides routine evaluations of service delivery and progress pertinent to behavioral interventions and modification.
Conducts family and individual therapy as appropriate.
Must be licensed in Washington DC as LICSW LPC LGSW or LGPC
