Job description
Angels on Call is a premier licensed home care service agency located in Upper Westchester County NY and looking for an experienced scheduling coordinator. This position requires a candidate that is extremely detail-oriented self-motivated could multi-task has excellent customer service skills and can work in a fast-paced environment.
DUTIES:
Coordinate and manage the schedules of employees (caregivers).
Develop relationships and interact with clients and caregivers on a daily basis.
Participate in the recruiting orientation and management of caregivers.
Provide superior customer service and compassion for new clients and their families.
Develop a working knowledge of company policies & procedures services provided.
REQUIREMENTS:
Work from our main office location in Peekskill Monday-Friday (9a-5p)
One night/week afterhours on-call (5p-9a)**additional compensation**
One weekend/month afterhours on-call Friday 5p-Monday 9a **additional compensation**

Salary:
$25.00 per hour to $30.00 per hour to start based on experience.
Experience:
Relevant: 1or 2 year (Preferred)
Scheduling: 1 year in home care coordination or/ 2 years in coordination/staffing role
