Job Summary

We are looking for a 2nd shift Sanitation Technician.
Job Summary:
The Sanitation Tech will perform tasks associated with general sanitation to include scrub scrape and clean equipment to perfect sanitary condition.

Schedule:
3 PM to 12 AM Monday-Friday with Saturday or Sunday as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None
None
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Follow sanitation dress code standards and maintains good personal hygiene
- Follow sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs)
- Perform assignments in accordance with established GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) policies and procedures
- Able to learn how to clean and sanitize equipment pans racks molds utensils etc.
- Sweep mop clean and sanitize floors
- Able to learn how to operate floor scrubbing equipment and pressure washer
- Perform all work assignments for position in accordance with specifications instructions and requirements
- Performs all other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must be able to stand for a long period of time
- Work in a cold environment
- Follow food safety and proper hygiene policies and procedures.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
